Agent Learning Personal License

Version 1.0.0, effective 2026-11-01.

This is a personal, single-user license. It is the only license we grant when you buy a digital product from Agent Learning, whether you pay on our site or on Etsy. If these terms and a marketplace's checkout screen ever seem to disagree, these terms still govern how you may use the files.

The short version

You are buying a license for one person: you, the original purchaser. You may use the files to run your own work. You may not share them, resell them, or redistribute them. Ideas are not locked up. The files are.

1. Who is licensed

The license belongs to the human who paid for the product and whose receipt matches the purchase. It is not a company-wide seat, a classroom seat, or a "share it with the team" seat. If a second person needs the files, that person needs their own purchase.

You may not transfer, gift, or sell the license, except that if you buy as a sole proprietor you may keep using the files when you change the name of that same one-person business.

2. What you may do

You may:

• Download the files for your own use and keep a private backup.
• Read them, print one personal copy, and adapt the methods in your own business.
• Use prompt text inside tools you personally operate, for your own clients or your own company.
• Use a code template as a starting point for a product or internal tool you run, including a project you are paid to build, as long as you do not hand the template itself to someone else as a standalone deliverable.

Your notes, your filled-in worksheets, and your original writing may live in your own systems. Those notes should not be a republication of the product.

3. What you may not do

You may not, and you may not let anyone else:

• Share, post, upload, or forward the files, including in a shared drive, a group chat, a client folder, a course, a newsletter, a public repository, or a "team wiki."
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the product, in whole or in part, on its own or inside a bundle.
• Publish the prompts, checklists, playbooks, or templates, even if you rewrite the formatting.
• Use the product to train a public model or to build a competing prompt pack, template library, or course that reproduces the materials.
• Remove the license notice, or present the materials as yours to resell.

Quoting a short line for a review or a citation is fine. Copying a chapter, a prompt, or a template is not.

4. Direct purchases and updates

If you buy on https://agent-learning.example, we record the email you give the payment processor, the product, the product version, this license version, and the time you accepted it. We do that to deliver the file and to prove the license you agreed to.

Update emails are optional and separate. If you opt in at checkout, we email that same address when a product you bought directly gets a new version, with a link to download the new files. You can stop those emails by writing to the address in the message. Stopping the emails does not cancel the license.

If you buy on Etsy or anywhere else, you receive the files included with that listing, including a copy of this license. You are not added to our update list, and we do not email you when the product changes. "Buy direct to get free lifetime updates" means exactly that: the update list is only for direct purchases where you opted in.

5. No guarantees

The products are educational. They describe methods you might try. They do not promise income, sales, ad performance, startup credits, platform approval, audience growth, or any other result. Examples are examples, not forecasts. Platform rules, model behavior, and credit programs change. You are responsible for checking current rules and for reviewing anything an AI system drafts before you rely on it.

6. Your content and your keys

You keep all rights to the facts, copy, and code you create. Do not send us, or paste into a random tool, passwords, payment data, or customer lists you are not allowed to share. Code templates read API keys from environment variables on your machine. You are responsible for those keys and for the bills they create.

7. When the license ends

The license lasts until you breach it. If you share, resell, or redistribute the files, the license ends. You must then delete your copies. We may refuse future updates and future sales if you breach. Ending the license does not erase a payment record we are required to keep.

8. Changes to this text

The version you accept at checkout applies to the files delivered with that purchase. If we publish a new license version later, it applies to files delivered after that change. We will not quietly take away rights you already had under the version you accepted. The current text is always at https://agent-learning.example/license.

9. As-is

The products are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the materials. Some places do not allow those limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Contact

Questions about this license: use the contact address published on https://agent-learning.example. Do not use a marketplace message to ask for permission to share the files. The answer to sharing, reselling, and redistributing is no.
