A practical way to pick three weekly workflows, give each one an agent role, and keep a human review gate before anything reaches a customer.
Most owners do not need a fleet of agents. They need a short list of repeating jobs, a place where the draft stops, and a record of what was sent. This playbook is that list, written for a one-person or small team that already has customers.
You will map the work you actually do in a week, choose three workflows worth drafting, and write the review rule for each one. Money movement, legal commitments, and anything a customer could quote back to you stay with you.
It is a method, not a forecast. It does not say you will save a certain number of hours or make more money. Some weeks the review takes longer than the draft.

An agent is useful when the job is repetitive, the inputs are already in your files, and a wrong draft is cheap to catch. It is a poor fit when the job is a promise: a price, a deadline, a refund, a legal position, or a claim you cannot prove.
Start with the week you just had, not with a catalog of tools. Write down every block of work that took more than twenty minutes. Mark the ones you have done at least four times this month. That second list is the only place an agent belongs in week one.
