This pack is a set of prompts you paste into the model you already use. Each prompt assumes you bring the facts. The model is told to write NEED SOURCE instead of inventing prices, policies, or promises.
Use them one at a time on real work. They are not a content calendar, and they are not a claim that your replies will convert. A prompt that sounds helpful can still be wrong if you skip the review.
The file is for one person. Do not drop the pack into a shared workspace.

Two prompts from the pack
Ordinary reply. You answer a customer question using only the help note I paste. If the note does not cover the question, say what is missing and draft a sentence that tells the customer you need to check. Do not invent a refund window, a shipping date, or a price. Keep it under 120 words.
Monday note. Turn the bullets I paste into a one-page note for me. Sections: shipped, slipped, decisions I owe, and one risk. Do not add achievements I did not write. Do not estimate revenue.
